UI/API changes

• Credits page tabs are now navigable (ie /user/credits/#transfer etc)
• Standing orders tab is fixed, you can now edit and delete standing orders. Also clarified recipients field a bit.
• API keys created now were not immediately usable (this was due to errors with UTC submitting that have now been fixed)
• API keys would often erroneously display in the table as valid until "Tomorrow", but are now correct for their dates
• Quicklook is now working again
• Titles now being set on all pages
• Layout cleanup and better responsiveness
