Troubleshooting Measurements

I am getting no reply from any of the probes I selected for my measurement

There could be several reasons why this is the case:

  • Results may not have come in yet. Please wait a few minutes, and check again.
  • Target may not be reachable. Make sure you can reach this target in other ways, for example web browser or terminal. If it is a domain name, make sure it resolves.
  • Protocol may not be supported. Try the measurement again using a different protocol. For example, if your traceroute was run using UDP (the default), try running it again and selecting ICMP or TCP from the "more options" section:
